Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Power MapContacts mobile application, the power-map.com website, or any related serviceoperated by POWER SAS.
By accessing or using Power Map Contacts, power-map.com, our contact forms,newsletter, invitation links, mobile services, website content or relatedservices, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not use theServices.

In these Terms & Conditions, “Power Map”, “Power Map Contacts”, “we”, “us”or “our” refers to POWER SAS.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“App” means the Power Map Contacts mobile application available on Apple AppStore, Google Play or any other authorized distribution channel.
“Website” means https://power-map.com and related webpages operated by POWERSAS.
“Services” means the App, the Website, contact forms, newsletter, invitationpages, account services, subscription services and any related online serviceoperated by POWER SAS.
“User”, “you” or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Services.
“Account” means the user account created to access Power Map Contacts.
“Profile” means a personal or professional profile created by a User insidePower Map Contacts to organize contacts into separated networks.
“Contact” means a person or contact record imported, added, edited or managedby a User inside Power Map Contacts.
“Invitation” means an SMS, email, link or message sent by a User to invite aContact to join or interact with Power Map Contacts.
“Mirror” means the in-app experience that allows Users to evaluate relationshipperceptions through a simple gamified interface.
“User Content” means any content added, uploaded, submitted, created, edited orshared by a User through the Services, including profile information, contactinformation, invitation messages, photos, images, notes, relationship inputsand Mirror answers.
3. Scope of the Services
3.1 Power Map Contacts Version 1
Power Map Contacts Version 1 is a mobile application designed to help Users:
- create a personal account;
- create personal or professional profiles;
- separate contacts into different profiles;
- synchronize their device address book, with permission;
- map contacts to one or several profiles;
- invite contacts by SMS or email;
- track invitations and follow-ups;
- upload profile pictures, contact pictures or background images;
- use the Mirror experience;
- manage account and subscription settings.
3.2 Website power-map.com
The Website may provide:
- information about Power Map Contacts and related services;
- landing pages;
- support pages;
- privacy and legal pages;
- contact forms;
- newsletter subscription forms;
- account deletion information;
- marketing or product information;
- links to the App on Apple App Store or Google Play.
3.3 Features Not Included in Version 1
Power Map Contacts Version 1 does not include:
- CV or resume management;
- CV creation;
- portfolio management;
- professional psychological profiling frameworks;
- DISC;
- Social Styles;
- astrology-based profiling;
- 4 Animals profiling;
- collaborative power maps;
- team-based power mapping;
- colleague collaboration features.
POWER SAS may develop, test, modify, add or remove features in future versions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, state or region, you mayuse the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions;
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
- you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features of Power Map Contacts, you may need to create anAccount.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date account information;
- keep your login credentials confidential;
- promptly update your information if it changes;
- notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
- be responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
We may suspend or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe that yourAccount is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation ofthese Terms & Conditions.
6. Profiles
Power Map Contacts allows Users to create personal or professional profiles.
Profiles are intended to help you organize different relationship circles, suchas personal contacts, professional contacts, project contacts, businesscontacts, community contacts or other networks.
You are responsible for:
- choosing the profiles you create;
- managing the contacts associated with each profile;
- ensuring that the information added to a profile is accurate and lawful;
- deciding which Contacts are mapped to which profiles;
- using profiles in a respectful and lawful manner.
Profiles are not intended to be used for deception, impersonation, harassment,discrimination, unlawful surveillance or misleading identity practices.
7. Contact Synchronization and Contact Management
With your permission, Power Map Contacts may access and synchronize your devicecontacts.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of contact data complies withapplicable laws and the reasonable expectations of the people in your addressbook.
You agree not to use contact information to:
- send spam;
- harass or threaten anyone;
- impersonate anyone;
- mislead contacts;
- send unlawful marketing messages;
- violate privacy rights;
- collect or process data for unlawful purposes.
Power Map Contacts helps you organize contacts, but you remain responsible forthe way you use, categorize, invite or communicate with your Contacts.
8. Invitations
Power Map Contacts allows you to invite contacts by SMS, email or invitationlink.
When sending invitations, you agree that:
- you will invite only people you know or have a legitimate reason to contact;
- you will not send spam or unsolicited mass messages;
- you will not use false, misleading or deceptive invitation messages;
- you will not impersonate another person;
- you will not invite contacts for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes;
- you are responsible for the content of personalized invitation messages youcreate.
POWER SAS may provide default invitation templates. You are responsible forreviewing and customizing any message before sending it.
Delivery of SMS or email invitations may depend on third-party providers,mobile operators, email services, device settings, internet connectivity andthe recipient’s device or account settings. POWER SAS does not guarantee thatevery invitation will be delivered, opened or accepted.
9. Mirror Experience
Power Map Contacts includes the Mirror experience.
Mirror allows Users to evaluate simple relationship perceptions, such as whatthey think about a Contact or what they believe a Contact may think about them.
Mirror is designed as a personal, reflective and gamified experience.
You agree that Mirror:
- is not a psychological, medical, legal, HR, recruitment or professionalassessment tool;
- does not provide professional advice;
- does not determine the true opinion, intent, behavior or personality ofanother person;
- reflects only the User’s own inputs and perceptions;
- should not be used to make harmful, discriminatory, defamatory or unlawfuldecisions about another person.
You are responsible for your Mirror inputs and for any decisions you make basedon them.
You agree not to use Mirror data to harass, shame, discriminate against,exclude, defame or harm another person.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of the User Content you submit, upload or create throughthe Services.
By using the Services, you grant POWER SAS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide,royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit anduse your User Content solely as necessary to:
- operate the Services;
- provide App functionality;
- manage profiles;
- synchronize contacts;
- send invitations;
- display your content to you or to people you choose to invite;
- provide customer support;
- secure the Services;
- improve and maintain the Services;
- comply with applicable law.
This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Services, exceptwhere retention is required for legal, security, backup, compliance orlegitimate operational reasons.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to upload or submit your User Content;
- your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- your User Content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory,misleading or harmful;
- your User Content does not contain malware, spam or unauthorized advertising.
We may remove or restrict access to User Content if we reasonably believe itviolates these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, third-party rights orthe security of the Services.
11. Website Contact Forms
The Website may include contact forms that allow you to contact POWER SAS.
When using a contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and not tosubmit:
- unlawful content;
- abusive or threatening messages;
- spam;
- false or misleading information;
- malware or harmful code;
- personal data of third parties without lawful grounds;
- confidential information you are not authorized to share.
We may use the information submitted through contact forms to respond to yourrequest, provide support, manage business inquiries, improve our Services andkeep appropriate records.
Submitting a contact form does not create a contractual obligation for POWERSAS to respond, enter into a business relationship or provide any service.
12. Newsletter
The Website may allow you to subscribe to the Power Map newsletter.
By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from POWER SAS about Power MapContacts, Power Map services, product updates, news, content, events, offers orrelated information.
You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included innewsletter emails or by contacting us at:

We will make reasonable efforts to process unsubscribe requests promptly.
You agree not to subscribe another person without their consent.
13. Subscriptions and Paid Plans
Power Map Contacts may offer paid subscriptions.
The subscription plans may include:
- Basic: 39.99 EUR per year, with a 15-day free trial for the personal account;
- Premium: 99.99 EUR per year, up to 3 personal or professional profiles;
- Premium+: 139.99 EUR per year, up to 6 personal or professional profiles.
Prices may vary depending on country, currency, taxes, app store rules,promotions, exchange rates or platform fees.
The final price displayed at the time of purchase through Apple App Store,Google Play or another authorized payment provider will apply.
14. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial period and conditions will be displayedbefore purchase.
At the end of the free trial, your subscription may automatically convert intoa paid subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial, according tothe rules of the applicable app store or payment provider.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your trial before it convertsinto a paid subscription if you do not wish to be charged.
15. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play or anotherapp store, renewal, cancellation and billing are handled by the relevant appstore or payment provider.
You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform whereyou purchased it.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
16. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, cancellation must bemanaged through your Apple account settings.
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, cancellation must be managedthrough your Google Play subscription settings.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarilyprovide a refund for the current billing period.
Your access to paid features may continue until the end of the paidsubscription period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable store or paymentprovider.
17. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform where the purchasewas made.
If you purchased through Apple App Store, Apple’s refund rules apply.
If you purchased through Google Play, Google Play’s refund rules apply.
POWER SAS may not be able to process refunds directly for purchases madethrough third-party app stores.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory refund orwithdrawal rights you may have under applicable law.
18. Taxes
Subscription prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location andthe applicable store or payment provider.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges applicable to yourpurchase, unless they are collected directly by the app store or paymentprovider.
19. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory ormisleading content;
- harass, threaten, shame or harm another person;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- create false accounts;
- attempt to access another User’s Account;
- attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, modify or disrupt the Services;
- use bots, scripts, crawlers or automated systems without authorization;
- interfere with the security, availability or performance of the Services;
- upload malware, viruses or harmful code;
- send spam or unsolicited mass invitations;
- use contact data for unlawful marketing;
- use Mirror data to harm or discriminate against another person;
- misrepresent your relationship with another person;
- use the Services in a way that damages POWER SAS, Users or third parties.
20. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, user interface, graphics, logos,trademarks, text, visual elements, product names, features, databases,workflows and documentation, are owned by POWER SAS or its licensors.
These Terms & Conditions do not grant you any ownership rights in theServices.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense,reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Services, except asexpressly permitted by law or authorized by POWER SAS in writing.
The names “Power Map”, “Power Map Contacts”, “poWer map”, “poWer-me” andrelated logos or marks may be trademarks or brand assets of POWER SAS.
21. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests or otherfeedback, you agree that POWER SAS may use them without restriction orcompensation to you.
You are not required to provide feedback, but if you do, you grant us the rightto use it to improve, develop, market and operate the Services.
22. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including:
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play;
- payment processors;
- cloud hosting providers;
- email services;
- SMS services;
- analytics providers;
- crash reporting tools;
- authentication providers;
- external websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
POWER SAS is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies,availability, security, accuracy or practices.
23. App Stores
If you download the App from Apple App Store, Google Play or another app store,your use of the App may also be subject to the terms of that app store.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and themandatory terms of the applicable app store, the app store terms may apply tothe extent required.
Apple, Google and other app stores are not responsible for providingmaintenance or support for the Services unless required under their own terms.
24. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and sharepersonal data.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
25. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Account by contacting:

Account deletion may result in the deletion or anonymization of your personaldata, profiles, contact data, invitations, Mirror data and otheraccount-related content, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
Deleting your Account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptionpurchased through Apple App Store, Google Play or another payment provider. Youmust cancel subscriptions separately through the relevant platform.
26. Availability of the Services
We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee that the Serviceswill always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from bugs.
The Services may be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical issues;
- internet outages;
- app store issues;
- hosting issues;
- third-party provider issues;
- security incidents;
- force majeure events;
- legal or operational requirements.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the Services at any time,subject to applicable law.
27. Changes to the Services
POWER SAS may update, improve, modify, restrict or discontinue features of theServices.
We may add new features, change existing features, remove features, changepricing, modify subscription plans or update technical requirements.
When changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we may providenotice through the App, Website, email or another appropriate method.
28. Beta, Experimental or Future Features
Some features may be released as beta, experimental, preview or early accessfeatures.
Such features may be incomplete, unstable or subject to change.
We may modify or remove beta or experimental features at any time.
29. No Professional Advice
The Services are provided for personal organization, contact management,profile separation, invitations and relationship reflection.
The Services do not provide:
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- psychological advice;
- medical advice;
- HR advice;
- recruitment advice;
- professional relationship advice;
- reputation scoring;
- personality assessment;
- employment assessment.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on your use ofthe Services.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided onan “as is” and “as available” basis.
POWER SAS makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- non-infringement;
- availability;
- accuracy;
- reliability;
- security;
- uninterrupted operation;
- error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Services will meet your expectations;
- your contacts will accept invitations;
- invitations will be delivered;
- contact data will always be complete or accurate;
- Mirror outputs will be accurate;
- profile separation will prevent all unintended sharing if you misuse theServices;
- the Services will be available at all times.
31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, POWER SAS will not be liablefor indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplarydamages, including:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business;
- loss of goodwill;
- loss of data;
- loss of contacts;
- loss of opportunities;
- reputational harm;
- emotional distress;
- business interruption;
- unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect credentials;
- decisions made based on contact mapping or Mirror inputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, POWER SAS’s total liabilityfor any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid toPOWER SAS for the Services during the twelve months preceding the event givingrise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In suchcases, limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
32. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify andhold harmless POWER SAS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors,partners and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs orexpenses arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
- your User Content;
- your use of contact data;
- your invitation messages;
- your violation of third-party rights;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your misuse of Mirror or relationship data.
33. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonablybelieve that:
- you violated these Terms & Conditions;
- you violated applicable law;
- your use creates security, legal or operational risks;
- your Account is fraudulent or abusive;
- you misuse contact data;
- you send spam or abusive invitations;
- you infringe third-party rights;
- continued access may harm POWER SAS, Users or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive,including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitationof liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution.
34. Force Majeure
POWER SAS will not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused byevents beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war,terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, powerfailures, government actions, pandemics, supplier failures, hosting failures orapp store outages.
35. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of thispage.
If changes are material, we may notify you through the App, Website, email oranother appropriate method.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms & Conditionsbecome effective means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms & Conditions, you must stop usingthe Services.
36. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France, without regardto conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer located outside France, you may also benefit frommandatory consumer protection laws in your country, state or region ofresidence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have undermandatory applicable law.
37. Dispute Resolution
Before starting legal proceedings, you agree to contact us first at:

We will try to resolve the dispute amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts will bedetermined according to applicable law.
For business users, and to the extent permitted by law, disputes will besubmitted to the competent courts of France.
For consumers, mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules may apply.
38. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid,unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full forceand effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to achieve, as closely aspossible, the original intent of the provision, to the extent permitted by law.
39. No Waiver
If POWER SAS does not enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, thisdoes not mean that POWER SAS waives the right to enforce that provision later.
40. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms& Conditions without our prior written consent.
POWER SAS may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection witha merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, financing or transfer ofbusiness, subject to applicable law.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and anyapplicable subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase, constitute theentire agreement between you and POWER SAS regarding the Services.
