This Privacy Policy explains how Power Map Contacts collects, uses, stores, protects and shares personal data when you use the Power Map Contacts mobile application, website and related services.
Power Map Contacts is designed to help users organize their address book, separate personal and professional networks into private profiles, invite contacts, manage relationship circles and use the Mirror experience.
This Privacy Policy applies to Version 1 of the Power Map Contacts application.

2. What Power Map Contacts Does
Power Map Contacts helps users:
- create a personal account;
- create personal or professional profiles;
- separate contacts into different private profiles;
- synchronize their device address book;
- map contacts to one or several profiles;
- invite contacts by SMS or email;
- track invitations and follow-ups;
- upload profile pictures or background images;
- use the Mirror experience to evaluate relationship perceptions;
- manage their account, subscription and app preferences.
3. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data that is necessary to provide, secure, personalize and improve the Power Map Contacts service.
3.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:

- user ID;

We do not access your contacts unless you give permission through your device settings.
4. Invitation Data
Power Map Contacts allows you to invite contacts to join your network.
When you use the invitation feature, we may process:
- the name of the invited contact;
- the email address or phone number of the invited contact;
- the profile through which the invitation is sent;
- the invitation message;
- invitation status;
- invitation date;
- follow-up status;
- acceptance status, if the contact joins Power Map Contacts.
We use this data to send invitations, personalize invitations, track invitation status and help you manage follow-ups.
If you send an invitation by SMS or email through your device or a third-party messaging provider, the delivery of the message may also be subject to the privacy practices of your mobile operator, email provider or messaging service.
5. Emails or Text Messages
Power Map Contacts may process email or text message content when you create, customize, send or track invitation messages.
This may include:
- default invitation messages;
- personalized invitation messages;
- SMS invitation text;
- email invitation text;
- invitation links;
- invitation status and follow-up information.
We use this information only to provide the invitation functionality and related follow-up features.
6. Photos, Videos and Visual Content
Power Map Contacts may collect photos, videos or visual content when you upload or add them to the app.

8. Mirror Experience and Other Usage Data
Power Map Contacts includes a Mirror experience designed to help users evaluate relationship perceptions in a simple and gamified way.
When you use the Mirror experience, we may collect usage data including:
- relationship evaluations;
- answers such as “Good”, “Bad”, “I really don’t know” or “I don’t want to answer”;
- what you think about a contact;
- what you think a contact may think about you;
- number of evaluations completed;
- counters;
- points;
- levels reached;
- progression status;
- session duration;
- pause, stop or completion activity;
- related in-app activity data.
We use this data to operate the Mirror experience, save your progress, display points and levels, personalize the experience and improve the app.
Mirror data is personal and may be sensitive because it reflects your perception of relationships. We treat this data with care and do not use it for advertising tracking.
9. Device, Technical and Usage Data
When you use Power Map Contacts, we may collect technical and usage data, including:
- device type;
- operating system;
- app version;
- language settings;
- country or region settings;
- log data;
- crash reports;
- diagnostic data;
- security events;
- feature usage;
- subscription or payment status.
We use this data to operate the app, fix bugs, improve performance, secure the service, understand how the app is used and provide support.
10. Subscription and Payment Data
If you purchase a subscription, payment may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorized payment provider.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number through the mobile app.

To send account-related messages, support responses, service notices, invitation messages and important updates.
11.5 Security
To protect users, prevent fraud, detect abuse, secure accounts and maintain the integrity of the service.
11.6 Analytics and Improvement
To understand how users interact with the app, fix bugs, improve the user experience, enhance performance and develop new features.
11.7 Legal Compliance
To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests and enforce our terms and policies.
12. Legal Bases for Processing

If you revoke a permission, some features may no longer work as intended.

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your personal data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
We may share personal data only in the following cases:
14.1 With Service Providers
We may share data with trusted service providers that help us operate Power Map Contacts, such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, email delivery providers, SMS providers, customer support tools or crash reporting tools.

19. Contact Deletion
You can delete contacts or remove contacts from profiles inside the app, where the feature is available.
If you delete a contact from Power Map Contacts, the contact may be removed from the app, but this does not necessarily delete the contact from your device address book.
If you want to delete a contact from your device, you must do so through your device contacts application.
20. Children’s Privacy
Power Map Contacts is not intended for children under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
